Tried this without much success (where would you do it?) Asking walking groups for walking routes can be hard but I still stand by Fairfield Horseshoe. Fairly easy, load up in Ambleside for caffeine and cholesterol and a pint at the end. Any Horseshoe or Rounds (Kentmere Coledale etc). If you want to tick Wainwrights could try Fleetwith Pike, Haystacks, High Stile, High Cragg,Red Pike. (Maybe better in milder weather)
Fairfield is a fine hill, a route that i like, which is little known, is to park at Deepdale Bridge, walk up Deepdale, then up towards Lnk Cove, under Greenhow End, there is a grassy rake zig zaging a way up to a broad ridge, which leads to the summit of Fairfield, there is also an easy scramble up Greenhow End. The return can be made over St Sunday Crag, and over Gavel Pike, into Cold Cove, which leads back down to Deepdale.
Depends on what length of day you want but one that I really enjoyed was as follows. I dropped my bike off at the car park just north of Latrigg, the one that's commonly used for Skiddaw. I then drove to Dodd Wood's car park and parked there.
I then climbed the west ridge of Skiddaw over Ullock Pike and Carl Side then up onto Skiddaw. Then down over Little Man and back to my bike to cycle back to my car. The cycling was then mainly downhill which was a great way to end the day.

Adaptable: if you're ever looking for routes in Scotland I can certainly help you there.
I checked my notes and here's what I actually did:
"Dropped bike at Latrigg then started the walk from Dodd car park. Went through the wood then went up the edge to Ullock Pike, Long Side and Carl Side. Next over Skiddaw and down to Bakestall, then down Birket edge to the Cumbria way, went east along it and cut off north to Great Calva returned to the Cumbria Way then from SKiddaw House YHA went over Lonscale Fell and back to my bike, cycled back to the Dodd car park, great weather all day and 7 and half hours all in"

Adaptable: For me one of the best areas in the Lakes is Great Langdale, it really is a great place.
I did the Skiddaw walk in April 2017, I'm that bit older now, so I think that I'd be cutting it in half now 🤔
Thanks for the route idea and parking hint - I popped up Deepdale to Fairfield this morning then back down the ridge of Hartsop for a 15km loop in the sunshine over the frost. The scramble looks fun - but maybe for a summers afternoon....
